Week 3

This week was "OK" thanks to a cold!

Monday
  • Zumba
Tuesday
  • Weights - Chest, Arms & Abs.  30 minutes. 
  • 30 minute run 2.5 miles
Wednesday
  • Weights - Leeegs WOOO they were sore!
Thursday
  • Weights - Back and abs. 
  • Run 30 minutes - 2.7
Friday
  • Date night!
Saturday
  • Two college football games in the same day - live and in person!  Another post for another day.
Sunday
  • Plan was to run, however spent most of the day sleeping after church funtions with a nasty cold with a fever :(
