Monday
- Zumba
Tuesday
- Weights - Chest, Arms & Abs. 30 minutes.
- 30 minute run 2.5 miles
Wednesday
- Weights - Leeegs WOOO they were sore!
Thursday
- Weights - Back and abs.
- Run 30 minutes - 2.7
Friday
- Date night!
Saturday
- Two college football games in the same day - live and in person! Another post for another day.
Sunday
- Plan was to run, however spent most of the day sleeping after church funtions with a nasty cold with a fever :(
