Week 2 = Pathetic!!



Didn't do so hot this week guys!  Monday was Labor Day which meant no Zumba and be lazy time.  I then started to have some tummy troubles later in the week which meant no running for this girl!
  • Monday
    • Was lazy and ate awful but yummy food
  • Tuesday
    • Lifted weights  - Back and abs
    • Ran 30 minutes - same 2.7 in 30
  • Wednesday
    • Lifted weights - Legs and abs
  • Thursday
    • Had a meeting in Peak (in the country) at 7:30 am.  No morning weights
    • Tummy troubles began!
  • Friday
    • Feeling like a piece of fat lard still with tummy troubles, went for a 2 mile walk with little Tanner
  • Saturday
    • Had a patient emergency come up that I dealt with all morning, and then went to our friends house to watch football = FAILURE and did not run.
  • Sunday
    • Probably should have run

This should be a normal week....but then again, maybe not.  I will do Zumba tonight, Tuesday I have a doctor appointment at 8:00 then meeting warranty people at the house all day beginning at 9:00, so no morning weights, and then have a meeting at the church at 5:30.  Wednesday I will lift weights in the morning (7:30am), work all day then have a meeting at 5:30.  Thursday, lift weights at 7:30am, and if I can get out of bed, will run in the morning because I have circle on Thursday night.  Friday is low key, then Saturday will be FOOTBALL!

Must.get.act.TOGETHER! *shaking head at self in disappointment*

I do want to say when I ran on Tuesday after work, the sky was gorgeous.  I snapped some pictures to share...
